Worshiping as one family.
Choir Leadership Teams
Admin Team
Weekly: Arrive by 4:15 PM, prepare guest folders, welcome guests, and connect them with the Contact Team.
Leadership: Support ministry communication, team leaders, and the Worship Pastor.
Contact Team
Weekly: Arrive by 4:15 PM, meet prospective members, collect information, and follow up by Monday afternoon.
Leadership: Report needs, concerns, absences, and prayer needs to ministry leaders.
Scout Team
Weekly: Invite prospective singers, connect personally, and help guests feel at home.
Leadership: Coordinate prospective members with the Admin and Contact Teams.
Prayer Team
Weekly: Arrive by 4:25 PM, collect prayer requests, and pray over the needs of the choir family.
Leadership: Compile the weekly prayer report and maintain confidentiality.
